Training Terms & Conditions

Please read our studio policies and terms for training courses. By enrolling in your training course with Iconbrows you agree to these terms and policies.

Enrollment Requirements

A valid credit card and training deposit is required to secure your training date. HST is not applied to the booking deposit but to the completed course. We accept cash and all major credit cards for the remaining balance. All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

During a flash sale period, full payment is required and this cannot be refunded or transferred.

If the training course is paid in full when booking, it will not be refundable.

Rates are subject to change at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

We fully understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur at any time and your well-being is one of our highest priorities, but we can and will reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy where it becomes a recurring event on one or more occasions. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we may consider flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

All course fees are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to complete the course.

By enrolling in a course, you agree that the payment made for the course is final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen events.

Failure to attend any part of the course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.

Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

Late arrivals can impact your training and unfairly delay the course start times of the other attendees and models. We reserve the right to cancel the training if you arrive more than 30 minutes into the course, and in this situation all payments will be forfeited. An additional fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.

Please notify us at least 14 days before your training date and time when rescheduling your training. You are allowed 1 free re-scheduling if done 2 weeks before your training date. After the 1st time, you will be required to pay a rescheduling fee.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse our training to anyone demonstrating aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other guests. We reserve the right to refuse our training should we consider any illegal, illicit or deceitful behaviour at any point.

Student Health

All students must be in good health at the time of their training. Please ensure you read the information for your training course, as deposits will not be refunded for contraindicated medical conditions.

If you have any medical conditions which may impact your training course, you must notify us immediately. You may be contacted by our staff and asked to obtain medical clearance and a note from your primary care physician before being approved for your attendance.

Informed Consent

By booking your appointment you agree to these terms and conditions, that you have read the cancellation and refund policies, and that you have understood and given honest information about your own health and viability for the training course.

We reserve the right to take photographs or videos before, during and/or after the training course for record keeping, internal review and any other purposes. We reserve all copyrights and ownership of these images or videos.
